Dusting Powder - Most commercially purchased powder is made with talc. Talc is a very soft mineral. It is used in paints, soapstone, countertops, ceramics, rubber and roofing materials to name just a few. It is used commercially in powder because it is practically insoluble to water. Arrowroot, on the other hand, is a white powder starch, that is extracted from the root of a plant in the West Indies.  It looks and feels a lot like cornstarch and has no scent or taste. Our powder is made with arrowroot, cornstarch and baking soda. All natural products.
